Our mental and emotional wellbeing has a huge impact on how we feel, think and act. From how we relate to those around us, how we view ourselves and others, through to how we respond to stress and times of crisis - taking care of our mental and emotional lives is a vital part of living a healthy life.

Kintsugi Hope
Kintsugi Hope was founded by Diane and Patrick Regan OBE after a series of operations and events that took them to the brink; physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Kintsugi Hope has started a movement of Wellbeing Groups.

The Mental Health Access pack
This Christian-based resource presents the facts on key mental health issues and points to other trusted organisations, including Christian charities.

What's Local?
A number of Thrive team members are able to offer support, counselling or life coaching. Also we profile a number of other local services available in the West Cheshire and North Wales region.

Hub of Hope
A mental health database bringing grassroots and national mental health services together in one place. It allows anyone, anywhere, to find the nearest source of support for any mental health issue, as well as providing a ‘talk now’ button connecting users directly to the Samaritans.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Webinar
Vineyard 53 hosted a wellbeing webinar run by Cheshire Wellbeing CBT. The webinar covers the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and explores the links between how our thoughts, behaviours and feelings are connected. By making changes in our thoughts and behaviours, we can impact how we feel in ourselves. The supporting resources can be found in the YouTube video description.
