Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Webinar
Vineyard 53 hosted a wellbeing webinar run by Cheshire Wellbeing CBT. The webinar covers the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and explores the links between how our thoughts, behaviours and feelings are connected. By making changes in our thoughts and behaviours, we can impact how we feel in ourselves. The supporting resources can be found in the YouTube video description.
